Jake Giuliana | 12 comments This is the third installment of the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. This series revolves around Greek mythology and follows a boy named Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, and his demigod(half god half human) friends. It starts out by following Percy, and his two friends, Annabeth, and Thalia, also demigods. They are traveling to a school to be reunited with their friend Grover who is a satyr(half goat). They enter the school to locate and recruit demigods to their camp. Most demigods are unaware of their powers at a young age, so Percy and his friends must find them.

Parker Goodrich | 4 comments I read the first book in this series sophomore year and I found it to be very interesting and a good read. I keep thinking that this ties right in with actual greek mythology and how it just tells the story of Percy Jackson, but I'm not 100% sure if all of the information in that book is true or not. Whether it is or isn't I really liked this book and can remember a couple of significant events that happened in the first book. This is very interesting and I bet that you are enjoying this series as much as I did the first book.
