I have Magic Realm as well as a bunch of other Avalon Hill games sitting in my closet. For the most part, these days I find they take too long to play (and teach). Hmmm, maybe I should Wordpress up an online store and monetize my collection...
You might try scanning Noble Knight Games every so often in case they get something you want at a price you're willing to pay. They also have fairly regular sales which might put prices into reasonable ranges.
That said, I think AH's Dune and Magic Realm are both rather highly sought after. Dune, however, has been re-skinned as a Twilight Imperium game called Rex: Final Days of Empire. I think I'd prefer the Dune setting, though.

In case anyone is looking here is another nice Dark Tower game (multiplayer as well)http://hofle.com/darktower/Tower.swf

Avalon Hill bookcase games and other good games. It looks so good and cool. Yeah. It is an expensive one. It would be nice to find a complete one. Thanks!
