Live Love Read discussion

The current moderators have some important exams coming up, and therefore we will not be able to keep the group too active. We're going to be picking 2-3 other mods who can help us :) Please answer these questions to apply (please give answers of 2-3 lines):

Why do you want to become a moderator?
Why do you think you would be a good moderator?
Do you have any ideas to improve this group?
How active are you on Goodreads?
Do you have any experience being a moderator?

I want to be a moderator, because my head is always for of ideas that I am sure I can come up with some ideas or ways that will improve the group and help to keep it running smoothly and safely.
I think I would make a good moderator, because like I said before I can come up with some good ideas for the group. I am also very organize and I make a good leader and team player.
Some ideas I have to improve the group is getting it a little more neat and organize, like setting up challenges and polls sooner, so that members can vote earlier. Also maybe some bi-monthly activities. That way if we can't get on to Goodreads on a regular bases, due to other things we don't have to worry so much about to much going on all at once. Give ourselves and our members a break without feeling guilty.
I have been a member of Goodreads since 2010 and I am extremely active. I have long list of books and I am in several different groups.
I have no moderator experience, but an will to learn.

I want to become a moderator because I always have ideas to make reading and groups fun. I also love reading and helping or talking to people.
I think I would be a good moderator because I think I make a good leader, I am active on the group and love to come up with new and fun ideas.
Some ideas to improve this group are doing monthly challenges, having random games, like Would you rather or guess the book. Also maybe doing buddy reads(I'd love to be in charge of that if I become a mod).
