Betty, I just finished reading your book. What a great read! I laughed and cried (sometimes on the same page!) My favorite lines were:"What does cheese say when it has its picture taken?"
"People might never forget my stories, but I doubt that they will remember me because my plumbing was in such good condition or because my grass was always mowed."
"I want my money and my breath to run out at the same time - with nothing left over."
"I want no regrets when it's my turn to die."
I'm really looking forward to discussing the book with you next week. It's not the sort of thing I'd normally read, so I'm grateful I got the chance to read it. Thanks!
Yup, I knew this would happen! Betty Auchard. She's dynamic. But she's not done anything on Goodreads in a long time, she just told me the best way to reach her is on Facebook. So here's her fb link:https://www.facebook.com/bettyauchard
Betty also said she has a new book coming out. Ask her about it on fb. .... sometime later.... I looked on Amazon and this is her new book: Living with Twelve Men: A Mother in Training Paperback – published February 23, 2016
http://www.amazon.com/Living-Twelve-M...
I've copied the questions so we can pose them to Betty on her interview night. See everybody there!April 27, at 7:30 pm

Can't wait to see Betty again, she's quite the talker. Everybody should mark their calendar for this one, even if you don't read memoirs.
