Can't wait to see Betty again, she's quite the talker. Everybody should mark their calendar for this one, even if you don't read memoirs.

R.L. (winterhawk) | 7 comments Betty, I just finished reading your book. What a great read! I laughed and cried (sometimes on the same page!) My favorite lines were:

"What does cheese say when it has its picture taken?"

"People might never forget my stories, but I doubt that they will remember me because my plumbing was in such good condition or because my grass was always mowed."

"I want my money and my breath to run out at the same time - with nothing left over."

"I want no regrets when it's my turn to die."

I'm really looking forward to discussing the book with you next week. It's not the sort of thing I'd normally read, so I'm grateful I got the chance to read it. Thanks!

Linda Judd (lindyjudd) Yup, I knew this would happen! Betty Auchard. She's dynamic. But she's not done anything on Goodreads in a long time, she just told me the best way to reach her is on Facebook. So here's her fb link:

Linda Judd (lindyjudd) A note from the Interview: Betty does have a "book 4," but it won't have a real title until she's finished with writing it. She said that to decide on a title would put pressure on her. Does that sound familiar, do you write well under pressure?
