The Bowie Book Club discussion

Please, mind the book part you are commenting on in order to avoid spoilers.

I find "Book Two" to be far more interesting than "Book One". We actually get to meet Margarita and the whole Woland crowd. I think they are quite interesting, and they seem to be punishing only the bad people (which, apparently, is almost everyone in Moscow). If I understood correctly, the book gives the idea that the Devil is not really bad himself, but his job is to punish people for their wrongdoings. I might be wrong on this, mind you. I recently watched a new TV show called Lucifer, which supports that theory. It's quite good.
