Write, Wrote, Written discussion

Hi! I have polished my final draft of my few realistic fiction novel. The books features Grace Sorenson and her family as they embark on a summer vacation to Hawaii. I think it's pretty good, but I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind critically reading the first ten pages and giving me honest feedback on the story and whether I am ready to publish? I would just copy and paste it into a message to any volunteer for them to read. Thanks! :)

PS: I would appreciate it if you could look at it by the end of the weekend and get back to me! You don't have to edit, but I have five or so questions to ask after you've read it. Thanks! :)
