John Robin's Epic Fantasy Syndicate discussion

Since we are able to do a custom logo, you'll all notice that I've put the Blood Dawn dragon emblem made by Cara Weston up temporarily. Does anyone want to take a crack at this one? I've got a lot on my plate so I might get to this within the month, but if anyone has some graphic design skills and wants to doctor the emblem up or create something else I'm open to suggestions.

Unfortunately I have limited skills in photo editing. What are you looking for?

I think taking the dragon emblem I currently have and making it look like a gold coin would suffice -- that's what I'll be doing when I get around to it. But I'm open to ideas!

Maybe not monochromatic? Maybe instead of just gold its something like silver and gold? I'm also not a graphic design artist, and do not have the skills to do it, but I think two colors would be better. Three colors would probably be hectic and not a good idea though.

Though, now that I look at it really zoomed in, I can't really figure out which parts would be which color if its more than one color. Just goes back to me not being an artists I suppose.

I agree, 2 colors would work nicely.

Thanks for this input! If I end up doing this myself, it's helpful to have some thoughts on directions to take this.

I really like the idea of making it look like a gold coin. I'll ask around and see if I can find someone to help with that since there's absolutely no way I could do it myself either.
