Well, when I first started reading this i groaned in frustration, feeling it was incredibly superficial and not looking forwards to reading it. By the end I was hooked, feeling invested in the main character and really wanting things to work out for her. I did really enjoy it though I did spend most of my time asking 'why did you do that?' at every decision Poppy made.

I think being frustrated but at the same time endeared by the main character is a running trait with Sophie Kinsella novels. I think this is the 8th or 9th book of hers I've completed now, and it may just be a personal favourite.
