Skylar wondered around in the Hogwars grounds, she had just passed Hagrid's old hut. Skylar enjoyed spending her time like this, she could just let out all her problems and would often sit under a pretty Maple tree and sing or hum a song. Skylar sat underneath her beloved tree and started to hum a lullaby that her mother used to sing to her youngest sister, Primrose.

Skylar was startled by the sound of another girl's voice, nobody ever came here. "Um... Well, I guess it's because my mum taught me at a very young age so I used to practice on my older sister... It's more simple than you think!" So Skylar started explaining to the other girl how to do it.

"Oh my god! Are you okay?" Skylar quickly got up and rushed to the poor girl's side. She examined her ankle and realised she had twisted it. Skylar looked around for anyone who could help but not one person was in sight. Skylar had no idea what to do, but did what was sensible. She took her scarf and started wrapping it around her ankle, when she had secured it, Skylar helped her up and started guiding her to the school.

Suddenly, Skylar saw a dark haired girl in the distance and started yelling for help. This girl was a Ravenclaw and probably knew how to fix the girl's ankle.

"Oh god she's fainted!" She saw the other girl running towards them, books flying everywhere. Skylar started to sob, they were ages away from the school and with an unconscious student. She slumped to the ground, brushing the girl's hair out of her face. "Stay with me..." She whispered to her, gazing at her beautiful face.

((Don't go to the hospital wing, I need to speak to you))

"Thanks, if it wasn't for you, this poor girl wouldn't have reached the Hospital Wing for a very long time!" Skylar had the fainted girl's head in her lap and was carefully caressing her long, blonde hair. "I'm Skylar, from Hufflepuff. What about you?"

"No, I've only seen her around school. She came up to me for advice on how to do a hairstyle and then she asked what my name was but decided that she had interrupted me and started running away but she tripped on a root and did something to her ankle. I was so shocked I didn't realised she was blacking out until she was finally unconscious..." Skylar looked deep into Rachel's gorgeous blue eyes, they were filled with different mixed emotions.

"Oh- Gosh- Hush, stay still, come on now." Skylar struggled a bit to get the girl up on one foot but when she was standing, Skylar put one of her arms around her own shoulders and started walking slowly towards Hogwarts. The sun was starting to set but Skylar didn't care. All that mattered was to get the girl to the Hospital Wing.

"That's ok! I'm Skylar, I'm from Hufflepuff! What about you?" Skylar was sensing a new bond forming between the three girls.

"I come from the city of York, I'm quite a good singer and one of my hobbies is songwriting. I also enjoy reading and I'm a Chaser in the Hufflepuff team. I'm an eagle Animagus, I'm proud of being an eagle because that's my mother's patronus which saved me from Dementors when I was young." Skylar gave a shudder at the memory of that horrible feeling when the Dementor was sucking out her soul. She shook her head and drew her attention back to the girls.

"I'm a Half-Blood, my mum's a witch and my dad's a Muggle. My mum only told him after the wedding, she had to make sure he trusted and loved her!" Skylar's gaze started drifting off into the distance, one of her unfortunate skills.... Daydreaming. "Oh! Yeah! And my brother, Billy, is adopted!"

"Hey Rachel? Savannah?" Skylar knew she had quite a girl gang in Hufflepuff, but she wanted some nerds (like her) from different houses to hang out with too.

"Oh god! It was much worse than the teachers say, they probably have never experienced it in their whole lives! At first, everything goes so bitterly cold, then, you see a bunch of spirit-like creatures floating around in like a very droopy, black rag. When you realise they are Dementors, fear sweeps over you and takes over your senses. I had very young and didn't know the Riddikulus- spell so I was knocked to the ground and was about to be given the Dementor's Kiss until my mum rushed in and set her Eagle Patronus on them. They vanished like dew in the morning sun." Skylar had retold the story many times, but didn't want to break the good relationship starting up.

"I was wondering if we could be friends, not just acquaintances but real friends, you know?" Skylar crossed her fingers behind her back, maybe she wasn't nerdy enough for them..... Seeing she was always walking around school with a bunch of Hufflepuff girls and sometimes a few boys.

"Yes.....?" Skylar was confused, she knew she was a tiny bit more known throughout her House than they were ((she has a 'popular' squad of girls in Hufflepuff)) and might've been seen with a guy a few times around Hogsmeade but she didn't think that they were known as losers in their own houses because she sure didn't think they were, and she thought they were both pretty so they probably had been asked out too by someone!

Skylar saw that they had already reached the doors of the hospital wing, so she knocked, still listening to the other's conversation. "Don't want to butt in or anything but I'm afraid we'll have to leave you here, Savannah..." Skylar didn't want to think that tagged be alone in there but she pushed that away.

((Same, night))

They left Savannah at the Hospital Wing an left for their own dormitories, Skylar hoped she could visit her tomorrow.

Jacin shoved open the doors of the Hogwarts entrance. When he was angry, he liked doing some sort of exercise, mostly running. It was after curfew but he didn't care, a few boys in his common room was teasing a little 1st year and when Jacin stood up for him, they started calling him names too. Jain didn't like other people calling him names. As soon as he was a few metres away from the doors, he started up a light jog. His pace became faster and longer. He passed the greenhouses but still kept going.

((I'm playing as the character of Jacin instead of Skylar. Jacin is my 2nd character I made, go to Character Creation to see him))

Skylar strolled through the Hogwarts Grounds, the night had been rough due to her newly broken wrist. She couldn't play Quidditch so she had loads of free time. Skylar quietly sang to herself, a love song she had made up a few days before. 'I just have to work on the ending..' she sat down on a bench near the greenhouses and took out her quill and parchment. She began jotting down ideas she could add at the end of her song.

adrian walked through the grounds, along side his newly found friend nate. they were talking causally. adrian spotted a girl sitting by herself and dragged nate over.

Skylar saw 2 boys heading over to her. She closed her book and tried to recognise their faces, which she remembered to be Nate and she forgot the other one.

Nate rolled his eyes at Adrian as he dragged him over to the girl. when they stood in front of her Nate "hey" he said casually

"Oh, hey!" She said, standing up. She looked at the second guy and remembered his name was Adrian. "How are you going Adrian and Nate?" She questioned looking up a bit at their faces.

adrian smiled. "hey skylar" he said "going great. why are you outside by yourself this late?" he asked

She held up her wrist, which was in a cast, "As you can see, I broke my wrist so I can't play Quidditch. I'm the Chaser for the Hufflepuff team. What about you, why are you outside so late?"

Adrian frowned at her wrist. "damn, must hurt. well nate and I just left the hospital wing and we were going for a hot make-out session before we spotted you and decided to have a chat" he joked, grinning between the two.

Nate went wide eyed going bright red. he didn't know how to respond to that "I-I uh, what he means is we-you were just-" Nate stopped talking choosing to look away instead to hide how flustered he was

Skylar giggled, "It's okay, I support gays" she said jokingly. "Wait.. are you guys a couple or not?" Now serious. ((I'm back))

Adrian chuckled."we weren't actually, although don't mind the idea of making out" he joked, smirking at nate, who seemed to hate the idea.

"Oh my god!" She squealed!! "Nate doesn't look very happy at the idea though." She sighed "So do you want to go down to the Three Broomsticks?"

Nate cleared his throat trying to keep his voice even "uh no, were not... no." he said his face still red. it wasn't that he didn't like the idea, Adrian was cute and funny but it wasn't allowed. it was not something a pure-blood was allowed to do. "the three broomsticks sounds great" he said

Adrian nodded in agreement. "yeah I could go for some butterbeer" he said with a small smile. "haven't really eaten anything since before I was knocked out"

"Awesome, let's go." She packed up her stuff and put it in her bag. They started walking down to Hogsmeade. "Do you guys play Quidditch?"

Adrian shook his head. "it might mess up nates hair" he said with a grin. "I don't juust because im lazy" he said, "physical exercise and I do not mix well.

Nate rolled his eyes shoving Adrian playfully "shush"

"Haha, ok! What blood type are you? I'm a Half-Blood." Skylar looked down at her shoes then looked at each of their faces.

" pure-blood" Nate said without real pride but put on a smile anyway

"Nice! How about you Adrian?" She wondered

"ayee we've got a nice mixture here. im muggle-born" he said, trying not to remember anythinf about those muggles who gave birth to him, or his little sister... his voice cracked slightly but he hid it with a cough ((sorry was at mardies (my nans)))

"Oh that's cool, I find Muggle-Borns very interesting!!" ((Have to have dinner, I'll continue later))

"what do u mean by interesting" adrian asked emphasizing 'interesting.'

Nick smiled listening to the two of them. He didn't know much about muggle life, he had always wanted to learn more

"Oh not in any bad way!" She quickly said, "I mean they're cool because they know so much about Muggles and I do not think that Muggles are bad in any way. In fact, I think they're awesome!" Skylar did never want to offend Adrian or any Muggle-Borns.. or Muggles.
