Rosie sat in one of the couches in the corner, feeling extremely comfortable in the small amount of pillows she had put herself around. The common room was unusually silent, and as she herself had just gotten back from Quidditch practice and had still had time to have a shower and dry herself. Finding nothing else to do she had brought a book with her to the room and was now reading it.

Rosie looked up, seeing a girl in which she had not seen around before and smiled. "Well, you got in. You need a password to and your in Gryffindor uniform. In other words, yes." She explained happily, standing up and walking towards the new girl. Rosie held out a hand. "Rosie. Rosie McLean."
Rosie smiled, shook her hand and put it to her side again. "Yeah, bit of a pain. I swear they can sense when someone's in a hurry, or me at least. I can never get where I need to on time." She explained. "The common room...Is a little silent. It's normally more, well, lively. Oh! The Girls dormitory is up," she said, pointing, "up and to the left. Just there. Your bags will most likely already be there." "When did you get here? If you don't mind me asking. You look, and act, new."
"Ohh. I've heard the story of that school. Seems cool." Rosie said, thinking for a moment. "Forgive me, but did you say your name was Blackwood? As in the Auror, Blackwood?" she questioned, shuffling a little to relieve tension in her body.
"Fun." She said, plainly. "So do you, uh, y'know, drive for perfect blood status or what about muggles?" She asked, not really knowing how to go about it. She didn't really wan't to become close friends with anyone who thought that muggles were underneath wizards, but she also didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings by asking.
"Oh yeah no, it's ok. I just don't get why some people hate muggles. Their humans; just like us. I'm so sorry for assuming, forgive me." Rosie said, laughing a little bit nervously. She looked down to her hand, and wanting to change the subject she looked at Felicity's wand that she was holding. "What type? Of wand I mean. Sorry for being nosy."
"Mine? It's Walnut wood with a Phoenix feather core 13 ¾" with Reasonably Supple flexibility." She said, rather proudly as she was proud of a lot of things within the school or related to it.
"Of course I like Hogwarts! The teachers are really supportive...Although some a little more menacing it's all good. The spells we, or I at least, get to practice are pretty damn cool as well." She smiled at her, seeing as Felicity was smiling herself. "No need to be nervous. You're in year...four or three, if I'm correct?"
(("This roleplay is set when all of Harry's kids are already in school, the death eaters are angry and seek revenge and The Dark Mistress is planning to recruit students and teachers at Hogwarts to acquire eyes inside the castle for the grand return of the death eaters. " Meaning; that the Weasleys are not in school and are parents))"I am in 5th grade." Rosie said, sitting down close by. "And no, I'm sorry to say I have no clue who you're talking about."
"I don't know. I just came back from Quidditch practice so some people may still be there, and others might be studying as some classes have a test coming up." Rosie explained. "Other than that, I'm quite clueless." She looks around herself once more, amazed herself by the quiet and stillness. "I doubt you have had any time to tour Hogwarts. Is there anywhere you want to see or do you want help settling down and unpacking, doing your bed and all that good stuff."
