I applied a week ago to become a librarian so that I could add this cover myself and combine the two listings on Goodreads for this same title, but I've had no response yet.

Working on ... Alternate cover editions added & combined.

I see that the editions are combined, but still only see the original cover. Can you point me to where I should see that? It's this new alternate cover that should be set to the main image.

Is that how alternate covers are supposed to be displayed?

That shows all editions/covers so people can choose the edition they want to shelve. The default edition view can be set by a Goodreads author, otherwise the most frequently shelved edition is the one that shows first.

Okay. The author hasn't set up his account yet that I'm aware of and is out of the country for most of this month. I am his book marketer, and authorized agent on Amazon Advantage and with Barnes and Noble. Is there any way that I can request that the new cover be set to the shelved one?
