There was an angel (it was a woman) that was the guardian of the queen called Maria. Maria betrayed her by cutting her wings and sending her to a magic prison in a ball. There, she met another criminal whom she fell in love with and had a kid, but then she left the prison to stop Maria from using black magic to control all of the other kingdoms. In the second book, I remember it follows her son, as he goes underearth to a place with demons with another angel. Please, help!! It's YA Fantasy, UF, I read it five years ago, it was an ebook, I really don't remember the cover and I think there might have been one more book

LoverOfShips--I've moved this down to Unsolved for you, since that is where it belongs.
Now, a few questions and one suggestion---
1) When did you read this?
2) what format (dead tree--paperback or hardback, ebook, audio etc.
3) any memories of the cover?
4) since it's a series--are there only 2 books in the series, or do you think that there might have been more?
5) for genre--PN, PNR, UF?
and now for the suggestion. Go up to your thread title. Next to the title is a little green click that says EDIT . Click on that and put in some info on your book--at least that it's about angels and what the genre is. Many of our members only check threads that are in their particular genres, since those are the ones that they feel they have a chance of ID-ing. If you are on the ap only, then ask a moderator to help with this.
