I have a question for the mods. Can anyone add topics or just the mods?

We probably need some main boards for just books, faith & Bible topics, games, maybe a prayer topic, a sharing thread (for all the blog links), and etc.

I believe that anyone can start new topics, but only the mods can create folders.
