Talk about rain here.

I like rain. I like the smell, the sound it makes, the feel of it and the calmness it brings. I like reading or writing when it's raining.

Sounds fun

Am I the only one here who doesn't like rain?

Because I guess whenever I think of rain I don't associate it with calmness or tranquility. I think back to all the times in high school when it used to start raining right at the end of the day and I would have to walk home in this pouring rain without an umbrella (because I always forgot it at home) and the bus drivers would splash street water on us while passing by. They didn't do it on purpose but still, it sucked.

That whole experience sucks Rida. But, it's up to you to enjoy the rain. I'd like to walk home in the rain! Just not the splashing parts, although one time, it was raining and I was in a taxi and the driver had his window down and I was seated behind him. Next thing I know, water is in my mouth and all over me!! And that's not all, the driver and the other passengers didn't get wet, not even a single drop! But I still love the rain.

Yeah you are right. I do like it sometimes usually when I'm at home. I don't really enjoy going out in it though.

Rain reminds me of tears. Rain reminds me that it is the only thing that can comfort your sadness the only weather that can really hide your tears and it comforts me. It makes me feel better. I may sound crazy but, the rain to me is beautiful and I dream of just sitting in it while it's pouring rain in the middle of the street without a car trying to get me to move, without a car in my way. I feel like the rain might just resemble pain.
