Why?
You can read some reviews on Amazon and be convinced that I'm not a mere braggart :P
I love the group rules already ! Now , I am not a YA , but I am a lover of YA literature and other genres too! Actually , I do not think there is much I will not try to read ! I devour books ! HA! I remember going on a beach trip from my Ole Miss University with about five other girls one year . As I was tucked up into a corner with my feet on a cooler . As the radio stations and CD selections were running thin , I began to read each sign as we went into Destin , Florida ! We were so excited . Finally, one of my dearest friends turned and said to me , do you have to read every sign we see ? HA! I suppose my reading was a bit out of hand ! LOL! Anyway, I live and breathe the air in the city of Oxford, Mississippi , home to Nobel prize winning author William Faukner and many , many others including my distant famed relative and writer of Southern Grit Lit , Larry Brown . I attended Ole Miss and still continue to teach English Literature and Creative Writing . Right now I am taking a break to care for my very loving parents who live here too. We live right off of William Faulkner Highway in a lovely wooded area around a lake and around the lake from author friend Ace Atkins ! I am telling you , this town is full of artists , musicians , authors, and more everywhere ! I guess you can tell , I love it here most of the time . Although , it does stay crowded for this once small town of population 12, 000 .
I do look forward to reading along with y'all .

A fantasy novel for a YA readership. A Hunger Games style dystopia where the rules are clear — one game, one survivor.
