Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

There are two different publications with the title "Transmetropolitan Vol. 1: Back on the Street" (I have both of them at the moment). They are currently "combined" into the same edition, but I believe they should be separated as their content is significantly different

ISBN 1-56389-445-9 has 72 pages, reprints issues 1-3 of the comic
(for reference, cover picture is a man lighting a cigarette in cupped hands)

ISBN 978-1-4012-2084-6 has 144 pages, reprints issues 1-6 of the comic
(cover picture is a man shown from above, looking up at the viewer with one hand on his hip and the other hand holding a cigarette)

According to Wikipedia, this is a difference between an original "old" printing and a newer printing. Apparently Vol. 2 "Lust for Life" also is different between the old and new printings, but I don't have those on hand.
