Dislikes: The Royal Guard. Although she's really good at fighting, she doesn't know why they need fighters in a peaceful nation. Why can't they just talk with their enemies? It's not like they have any down here. It's not like she's ever met a human.
Fears: Even if she's for friends, she's terrified of the idea of humans. She probably wouldn't recognize a human if she was facing one, expecting a horrifying monster of some sort.

Backstory: Selena was born to a happy monster family. Then, as a baby, her parents vanished. She was taken in by a friendly bunny family at the inn, but once she was old enough to make her way, she decided not to be a burden anymore. She makes money as she can by hunting for cool, exotic items and pawning them off to local shops. With this money, she can afford to eat and live in relative comfort. She's been hunting for the Temmie village for forever, though, because that sounds like the best place to sell her wares. She hasn't found it yet.

Dead drop: Midna drops several items onto the field with varying affects from exploding to bouncing to even healing!
Item steal: Midna's intense hunger causes her to charge at you with great desire, if contact is made then you will lose one healing item for each time she hits you.

Personality Towards Humans: Midna is actually blind and cannot tell the deference between a human or monster. She simply smells food and tends to stick around the vices that feed her.
Personality Towards Strangers: She tends to shy away from new people, unless they are offering her food. In many cases she may attack strangers who do not offer her food if she is hungry enough.
Personality Towards Friends: She again is only close to people who give her food, so most of her friendships revolved around begging for food, but she does not attack someone who is more charitable to her.
Strengths: Impossibly good hearing, impossibly good sense of smell, strong legs that she can use to hang from ceilings, can fly, can fly well while using sonar.
Weaknesses: Can't see, is more loyal to food than people, is unbelievably air headed, can be considered stupid.
Flaws: She'd probably kill for food if she was hungry enough, and might even be swayed to doing bad things for food.

The girl was never smart, but she was physically strong and there have been several notable occasions of her beating up others for the sheer fact they would not give her their food. Although not considered a huge threat as she has yet to kill anyone, you should still watch out for her if you happen to have food on you.

~BACKSTORY~
Backstory: He is Grillby's brother, and works as a cook in his bar. When he got the news that a seventh, well eighth human fell into the underground, he was overjoyed. He knew the human would eventually come in the bar, so he made the place a lot cooler. He and his brother installed a jukebox they found in the dump, got more seats for the tables and bar, and added more to the menu.
When the human, Frisk, entered the bar with Sans, he saw that the human's face lit up! He knew the human liked the bar, so he introduced himself with Grillby, and now he's close friends with Frisk.

I have to agree with you. Characters that are very close to the plot can be a blessing and a curse. It leaves so many questions as to how and why?Don't get me wrong, the character is interesting for sure. But when they know practically everyone in the game already, it gets a little anticlimatic i guess? Instead of a potentially interesting and maybe comedical dynamic it turns into a basically "Yo wassup?" interaction. With being the cook for grillby, i could understand maybe him knowing the regular customers to a degreee, probably like the dogs, sans, etc. But another conflicting point is the description: "He ignores them completely, unless they talk to him first" under personality towards strangers. So it brings up the question, how would he know these people in the first place if he's antisocial?
Again, I'm not trying to rip on the character. I just am a little curious i suppose and really want to see this character grow. <3

~BACKSTORY~
{Backstory:}
Ava's memory before the experiment. She remembers very few things of her life previous to the Underground. She was part of Gaster's experiment with human souls. Her particular experiment (number 104) was the manipulation of the human soul. He wondered if there could be a permanent fusion between two or more souls. It was semi-successful, except for the monster inside of her would take over whenever she got emotional and rampage. He had to keep her separated from the others so he could continue testing and tweaking. The only problem was her soul was either completely human (soul excess on the outside), or part monster (soul overflow excess on the outside). He kept her a long time, up until his fatal experiment. When he was gone, she was still locked up. Meals still came regularly, but he never came back. In her assumed eternal cell, she made friends with a cat spider named Aban't Un. He repeatedly called her "master" and insisted that he "was her pet". They would always talk, and she would share her food with him. On a very fateful day, she heard muffled shuffles outside her cell. It wasn't the food-givers footsteps (which was more like wind). She heard the key turn in the lock and it clicked. It slowly opened. Before she could get a closer look at her savior, there was a flash of blue light. She finally found her way out of the lab, through another lab (which was considerably cleaner) and outside. While she liked the fresh air, the heat of the Core bothered her. She navigated her way through the heat (with the information from a few monsters) and found Aban't Un. From there, she found her way to Snowdin. She begged the bunny innkeeper to let her stay at Snowed Inn for free, until she could get the money to pay back the fees she missed. The bunny lady took pity on her and gave her a discount on the annual fee. She later met Muffet through Aban't Un and they became best friends (plus she gave her a job, but mainly best friends). She's lived in Snowed Inn since.

Powers/Attacks: Blue Attack. One of the few that can control the gravity of his opponent completely.

Fire Attacks. Can be used with another kind of attack. includes fire breath, which can function like Asgore's trident.
Dragon Busters. These are like sans' Gaster Blasters, but are more draconic in shape and shoot fire.
Weapons: Tail. If he chooses to, he can swipe at you with his tail, but he usually doesn't. He thinks it's rude.
Claws. He can attack physically using these, but it usually doesn't turn out too well for him.
Horns: A very gorey way to go. Never get into a headbutting contest with him.
Wings: Great for keeping opponents at a distance and making sure that he can always have some form of upper hand. As for attacking ... not so much.

Other: His claws and teeth look cleaner than the rest of the bones that comprise his body, though no one can fathom why he puts such care into them.

Job: Mostly he's a person that sells things that he heard people in the southeastern part of a surface country eat a lot of, though he does become a supporter of sans in genocide runs.

Backstory: Now, to explain how he knows all of the people he previously mentioned. He was once just a little ball of fire, but he stumbled across some bones and he tried to consume them. However, instead of consuming the bones, the bones consumed him. He was surprised, but when he tried to escape he found that, not only could he not, he wasn't even imprisoned in the first place. He could move the limbs of the skeleton as if they were his own, and when he looked into a nearby pond, he saw his eyes where the sockets should have been black. Then, his stomach growled, and he realized he was indeed hungry. He looked around, and saw a chunk of black rock. He was so hungry that he grabbed it and ate it without thinking twice. After eating it, he felt the inner sides of his bones itching, and he wondered for a moment how it was possible. Then, his stomach growled once more, and he realized that, not only did the itching not hurt, the rock actually tasted quite good. So, he found another one and ate it, and another one, and another one, until the itching stopped. He wasn't full, but he couldn't eat another rock. He looked around, and then he saw the puddle, and he realized how thirsty he was. He went over to it, intending to take a drink, when he saw that the glow of his eyes was increased in brightness, but more distorted, as if it were being refracted off of several shiny surfaces. He looked at the rock in his hand, and now that he could think rationally, he saw that it was, in fact, shiny. That rock was obsidian. So, after figuring things out - like the fact he had wings, a tail, and so forth - he took a sip out of the puddle. After that first sip, he heard a voice say, "uh ..." He looked up, and saw a short skeleton wearing a heavy blue jacket, a white shirt, a pair of black shorts with white stripes running down the sides of both legs, and pink slippers. His jaw looked like it was locked in a permanent grin, and his eye-sockets were dark. Centaur cracked a grin of his own, and said, "HELLO, "COUSIN." WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" At this point, the short skeleton said, "did you just ... eat obsidian?"
"HMM ... I DID. WHAT OF IT?" Centaur replied, thinking that it must not have been normal for skeletons to eat rocks. After Centaur answered, a white dot appeared in each of the shorter skeleton's eye-sockets and he said, "okay ... i'm sans, sans the skeleton." After sans introduced himself he snorted and said, "OF COURSE YOU'RE A SKELETON. IF YOU WEREN'T, YOU WOULDN'T BE A FAT BAG OF BONES."
"heh. welp, you got me there. by the way, i know this place that would give you better refreshment than a random puddle here in waterfall, and it would be easier to have a conversation there," sans said, hoping that he could eventually learn this stranger's name if he just didn't mention it. "you wanna come with me?" Centaur - at the time he wasn't named such - nodded and got up, stumbling a bit. "hey, it looks like you hurt yourself there? you okay?" Centaur nodded again, waving his hand as he said, "YEAH, YEAH, I'M JUST NOT USE TO THIS FORM YET." This confused (I'm sorry to the person who has sans) sans, as he had never heard of a monster that wasn't young turning into a different one. "well, whatever," he said. "c'mon. i know a shortcut." And with that, he grabbed Centaur's hand and dragged him back towards hotland, but instead of ending up there they appeared in front of a kind of bar with a neon sign that read, "Grillby's," and without even missing a beat, sans said, "c'mon in," and walked inside the building, Centaur following. (basically it's the, "first," sans date.) ((still not done. I'm just lazy and trying to waste time 'til it's time for me to go to sleep.))

Backstory: She was adopted by a human monster couple when she was about three. It is unknown what happened to her parents, but it is speculated that due to their actions that they had been taking recently, they both committed suicide, and left Sharia alone. When monsters were locked underground, when she was about ten, her parents didn't want her to live a life underground. They sent her to the void using her mother's magic, and she stayed there until one day she freed herself. When the Justice soul shattered, a fragment of the soul came into the void and she freed herself using it as a guide. Human souls naturally are able to navigate through the void, and she used it to show her the way. But when she left the void, part of it stayed with her. She could channel the void, and had become one with it. She has lived in New Home ever since.

Backstory: Nyan was a normal human, and had lots of friends. One day, him and his friends and family were attacked by a gang. In the end, everyone died, but Nyan discovered that he could turn time back to that exact same day. In multiple timelines, he tried to prevent this event, but he was powerless to change it. Until, one timeline, he found a book of the Saviors, an ancient group of extremely powerful people, and took the oath within. That same day, after Nyan was killed, bolts of green thunder appeared all around him, and when he got up, he killed everyone in the gang. No one knows how many there were, considering he burned the bodies after, but either way, he had to use the ability of the Saviors to bring his friends and family back.
