I just released a "Fully revised and updated" edition, from 12,462 to 17,267 words.

If you have purchased the "old" ebook edition you can "upgrade" for free

1. log into your Amazon account,
2. go to purchases,
3. click help,
4. click contact and request the new one. ASIN: B00TKGXG24
5. You will need to delete the old edition to receive the now one. Please note - Unfortunately all bookmarks will be deleted when you delete the old edition.
6. Amazon will walk you through.
