District Four is one of the wealthier districts of Panem. They specialize in fishing mostly. The district is experienced in fishing, using nets and tridents, making fish hooks from scratch, swimming, and identifying the different types of sea life. Even though the are wealthy, District Four is a rebellions district. From the second they can walk, children are trained in the jobs of this district.
Being one of the wealthy districts, District Four is a career district. They train in a special academy until they are eighteen then they volunteer.
