Heliopolis was built as a colony within the desert south of the Middle Sea to watch over the provinces there and reinforce the rule of Helios, the Prophet of the Sun and the Sun Incarnate.

Leya and Jash skidded to a halt on the side of the road and looked around for Zara.

"Did we beat her?" Leya asked when she didn't see Zara.

"I think so," Jash said, sounding triumphant.

Jash pumped his fist in air and grinned. "We did beat her!"

Leya laughed. "We literally just got here like ten seconds ago."

"It's hot," Leya noted. "Very hot."

Jasher nodded in agreement. "Extremely hot."

(I think so...)

"Yeah..." Leya said, fanning herself with her hand.
