E.C. Kraeft (goodreadscomeckraeft) | 31 comments Take it back to the basics. Sometimes when I am into the 3rd or 4th draft I begin to look at the different ways I start sentences. I am always wanting to keep my voice, but the fluency of my prose is also important. I get stuck. You can start a sentence off with adverbial clauses, transition words, dialogue, interjections, action, description...what else? Try this. Below is a sentence. How many ways can we change it around.
