Mil was walking through the hallways of the grand Ilvermorny school as she tried to find her dorm assignment. She had been placed with the Horned Serpent students, though she couldn't seem to find where that was.

Val walked around, holding his skateboard in one hand and his ipod on another. He had his ear buds on so he couldn't hear a thing.

Mil was looking down at the paper she had when she ran into one of the other students from her school. "Извините!" She said in Russian

He cursed and dropped his skateboard. "Bloody Hell." He muttered in Russian before picking it up.

Mil cleared her throat changing to English. "I suppose we both should've been watching where we were going," She stated calmly.

He laughed. "Yeah, I suppose we should." Then he held out his hand. "Valentinio Grancul, a Russian transfer."

He smiled. "Then lets go." He said, holding his arm out. "Want me to carry your luggage?" He asked

"I can carry my luggage" Mil said

He nodded. "So, tell me more about yourself." He said

"There is not much to tell about myself" Mil said as they walked

"Come on, there's always something. For example..." He geld his skateboard out. "I like Skateboarding."

"Well I do suppose I like painting" Mil said

He grinned. "That sounds pretty cool." He said.

Mil nodded a bit. "I don't do it much though"

"Why not? Are you not good?" He asked, confused

"no. I'm good. I just don't want to do it much"

He nodded. "Ah. Its like me and music. I can play it, just dont...feel a challenge anymore." He said

"What do you play?" mil asked curiously

He shrugged. "Anything, really." He said, looking down at his hands as he remembered his house. Well, the old one.

"Have you tried playing Moonlight Sonata?" Mil asked

He gave her an amused smile. "You have heard of it?" He asked.

"Do you know how to play it?" He asked, looking ahaid. He had learned it- almost anything of Beethoven, actually.

"I can't play it, but... I can dance to it..." Mil saiud

He raised an eyebrow. "Can you now." He muttered. "How about I play it then?"

"Alright" Mil said

he nodded. "Then what if we first take your luggage to your room, then we go to a music room?"

Mil nodded "okay"

"So Im guessing they didn't give you some type of map, right?" He asked

"no. no map" Mil said

He nodded. "Then maybe we can ask someone." He said, looking around.

Alexander walked around, his black buttoned shirt open, showing white t-shirt.

"ah. another Russian student. perhaps he know?" Mil said

He shrugged, stopping him. Then he grinned, realizing who it was. "Alex my man!" He said, holding his hand out for a high five.

Alex grins back. "What are you doing on this side of the world?" He asked, high fiving him.

Mil held her head high a bit. so these two knew each other

Val shrugged, grinning. "I was just-" He paused, looking at her. "What room did you say you we're in?" He asked

"Female Horned Serpent dorm" Mil said

Alex nodded. "You are heading the wrong way." He said.

"Ah. I see. thank you" Mil said. she thanked him in Russian

He raised an eyebrow slightly. "Russian too?" He asked, using his Russian accent.
