Beautiful Bastard discussion

Can someone someone please tell me if they got engaged or not, because I was confused when I start reading Beautiful Bitch, to be honest I didn't even finish it, because I was so confused on what happened at the end of Beautiful Bastard.

No, they only established their love in Bbastard. The whole of Bbitch is the buildup to the proposal in which they kinda both propose to each other by the end of it (sorry if I gave away spoiler). Just make sure that the Bbastard u read is not the original one titled: The Office, as the ending is very different from the latest Bbastard that was published and was never written for the follow up books in the series (the right version has Bennett & Chloe breaking up for 3 months and in the original book, the secondary characters have different names).

Ah you read the older version! No wonder you were so confused!! That version's ending was not meant for the continuation of the series. The one your supposed to read has them breaking up for 3 months after leaving the hotel and Chloe leaves the company to work for a smaller company. In the older version, they were in the finance department together but in the right version, they are in marketing and she's doing her MBA which is a huge part of the storyline and why they broke up/made up in the first place.
