This book is very entertaining from the beginning. Samantha and Rico get set up to go on a blind date by their mothers. They are informed that this is for their arranged marriage that the two mothers have put together for them. Neither of them want to go much less intend on falling in love in the process.
What other book might you compare Kissing Santa to and why? I really haven't read a book like this before, so I have nothing to compare it to. I did love this story though. I had lots of laughs and a few teary moments too.
Which scene was your favorite? I think my favorite part of the book is the ending, well not quite the ending. It is where Rico proposes. And that is all I'm saying on that. You have to read the book to find out why this is my favorite scene. Okay, I will say it includes music, but that is all I'm saying about the scene.
Who was the most memorable character of Kissing Santa and why? I love Maggie's character for this question. She kind of ends up pulling all of the pieces together on how Rico and Samantha are brought together for their arranged marriage by their mothers.
Any additional comments? Reading this book will give you many laughs, you will also be able to relate if you have ever been set up on a blind date by someone. I had a few moments myself that I related to this book and it caused me to tear up a few times as a result. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!
