The Evolution of Science Fiction discussion

This is for general discussions related to the group. This can include suggestions, ideas and general comments.

I've started this thread as I wanted to centralise the discussion about the voting but I am unable to move the posts which are found in the nominations thread here. The initial discussion was regarding the splintered nature of the voting and having books winning the poll with less than 30% of the total vote and how this impacted the numbers reading the group book.

A side-reads thread has been created here to allow discussion of the other nominations and see if the encourages more discussion. This will be updated each month with the latest nominations. We will see how this evolves.

Other points:

- Multiple nominations
- Runner's up poll's
- Person nominating the book not allowed to vote for their book

If i've missed anything please add them.
