Mines 50 SO FAR! I change mine everytime I reach my goal so it gets higher and higher but I make sure it never gets lower!

I think because we get frustrated at someone or something and it is the only way we can show it without exploding into a billion pieces.

Unfortunately I am the kind of person who swallows my anger , and as my husband says I let it brew until finally one day I do explode and it isn't pretty.

i wasnt muh of a patient person back in the days,but now i have learned to control my anger but if there is one things i cant forgive,is people usuing me and being rude to me for no reason...
