Thanks, Heather. It's written in the voice of Joseph Cornell.

Cornell is one of my favorite artists. I wrote this during a workshop on ekphrastic art. This assignment was to write in the voice of an artist, and to keep each line to exactly 10 syllables. It was challenging to work under that constraint.

If you like Cornell, you should check out Alan Glass. I find him even more interesting.

I checked him out, Geoffrey. I'd never heard of him but I love his work! Gives the eye an extensive view and perspective on a wide variety of subjects. Thank you for introducing him!
