Calliope found herself in the castle, one of her frequent haunts, wandering through the misty halls. She was walking on clouds, literally, something she loved doing. She was also reciting poetry, something else she loved.

"Friends come and go
Life flies by right before your eyes
You loose ones you love
Yet through it all you still love your life."

It was a poem by Destinee Snuffer, which Calliope had read in one of her books and memorized. It just seemed to fit the moment.

Eve O. Spellman Silver stood at the gate, mouth open in awe. "Holy cow."

Alexandria
Claire was walking past the castle near where she once lived when she saw someone standing in front of it. She walked up to the person and said, "Isn't it lovely?" Claire looked up at the building where she was once found as a baby then given to the family of nobles that she would grow up with.

Eve O. Spellman Silver nodded and closed her mouth. She was slightly mad. The Luna royals didn't help her. She had a slight grudge against royals.

Alexandria
"Who are you?" Claire asked the person kindly. She looked around at the town she was now on her way out of. The air in the area became rather cool with Claire's presence.

Eve O. Spellman Silver looked at her. "Silver. Silver Smith, daughter of John and Sarah Smith. Luna."

Alexandria
"Well, I'm Claire Boreas, the adopted daughter of the Boreas family. I am from here in the Air kingdom." Claire explained politely. "Say, I have heard of the Lunar kingdom, what's it like there?" She asked curiously.

Eve O. Spellman Silver shrugged. "For the rich? Wonderful. Orphans? Hell."

message 10: by Alexandria (last edited Jan 11, 2017 04:34PM) (new)

Alexandria
"Oh... Would I be correct to assume that you were an orphan? I wouldn't think the rich would have such an opinion." Claire responded. She began fiddling with a necklace she was wearing.

message 11: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver nodded. "Both actually."

message 12: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria "Hm? How so?" Claire asked looking up from her necklace, now feeling rather confused.

message 13: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman "Ever heard of Smith Inc?" She asked, bouncing the balls of her feet.

message 14: by Alexandria (last edited Jan 11, 2017 04:40PM) (new)

Alexandria
"I may have..." Claire said hesitantly. She recognized the name, however she wasn't sure what it was, perhaps it had to do with her father forming a deal with them? Either way she knew the name. "What about it?" She asked increasingly more curious as to this girl's past.

message 15: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman "Well, John and Sarah Smith owned it. My parents. But that end on my seventh birthday when they were killed by Harry Jones. I went into Foster Care and was treated like a piece of trash. I left it to live on the streets and now I am in charge of the company. No one helped me while I was hurt, or depressed and no one cares." She shrugged. "Life."

message 16: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria "Oh my! That sounds so awful..." Claire said covering her mouth with one hand and the other hand went over her heart. "No matter how many times attempts have been made on my life I still don't understand how someone could be so cruel as to try and take someone's life..." She muttered as she looked back up at the castle in a bit of a daze.

message 17: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver looked at her. "Who wants you dead?"

message 18: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Oh," Claire laughed faintly. "Well like I said, I am the adopted daughter of the Boreas family, here in the Air kingdom they are a very prominent family. Any criminal or assassin would probably get quite the bounty for killing me or any of them. In other words most criminals in general." She explained hesitantly. "And of course beyond that some people just generally don't like me, but that is a story for another time..." Claire told Silver sadly. Claire looked around nervously. "We can continue talking if you want, but I should probably get moving, I am on my way out of town and over to the Nature kingdom." She told her with a sweet grin.

message 19: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver nodded. "I'll come with if you want." Silver didn't have anything to do, the one good thing about being an orphan.

message 20: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria "Great! So, what do you want to talk about?" Claire asked Silver, she decided it would be best to let her choose the topic.

message 21: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver shrugged. "Probably nothing you'd want to talk about. Also, could you not be diplomatic?"

message 22: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Diplomatic?" Claire repeated feeling rather confused as to what she meant. Claire racked her brain trying to figure out what silver meant by diplomatic.

message 23: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver gave a small laugh. "Being nice, asking what I want to talk about, calm, nice posture."

message 24: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
Claire stayed quiet for a moment. "Good posture is important to one's health, being calm just means I'm not stressed out and I really don't know what's wrong with being nice..." Claire said in a matter of fact tone. "Still though, I am indecisive so unless you want to hear me debate with myself for an hour, then you should probably choose." Claire explained with a small laugh.

message 25: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver laughed again. "I'd like to talk about war but no one thinks I have good views." she shrugged.

message 26: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"War? What do you mean by that? I live a rather secluded life, I don't know much of what happpens around me, is there one happening?" She asked her eyes widened due to nervousness.

message 27: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman "The different unique countries have been on edge. It is becoming harder and harder to visit the other countries. War is on the horizon." She sighed.

message 28: by Alexandria (last edited Jan 12, 2017 05:58PM) (new)

Alexandria
"Oh dear... Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear..." Claire said to herself frantically. "I'm afraid I'm not particularly gifted, I don't know how in the world I would survive such a thing..." She explained quickly.

message 29: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver creased her eyebrows and looked at Claire. "Unless you're on the front-lines you should be fine."

message 30: by Alexandria (last edited Jan 12, 2017 06:05PM) (new)

Alexandria
"Yes, but in times of war crime seems to sky rocket and other forms of danger become more prominent..." Claire explained looking down at the ground. "When there are already a target on you war isn't exactly a sedative for such a thing." She said with a dry laugh.

message 31: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman That dawned on Silver. "Oh. Well, in times of war friends are made. Yes, enemies are found too but friends are made. Friends, the true ones, will protect each other. No matter the cost."

message 32: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"If that's the case, I still may be doomed, I doubt I could offer much protection to someone, if anything I pose more of a danger really." Claire explained completely seriously. "I just want to find a nice quiet home and live out my days, so maybe I can just live somewhere that remains a mystery and I will be fine" She said dreamily.

message 33: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver smiled sadly. "I wasn't quite meaning you protecting someone." She said quietly. She did her best to protect others.

message 34: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Oh, I see what you meant now, I guess that's true." Claire responded calmly. Claire slowed down her pace a bit so that she could tighten the fancy bow that was keeping her pale yellow cloak over her shoulders which seemed unneeded due to the weather not being to cold.

message 35: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver stayed quiet, looking down the path.

message 36: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Sorry about that, I just have to do that to keep myself and everyone else warmer." Claire explained hesitantly as she once again picked up her pace.

message 37: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver raised an eyebrow. "Oh, you're fine. You're fine. Just..... thinking." Silver walked by her side.

message 38: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria "Really? About what?" Claire asked kindly. She clasped her hands tightly together looking at silver curiously awaiting an answer.

message 39: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver shrugged. "Silvernight. What I should do with Smith Inc. Whether or not I should accept contracts or not."

message 40: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Oh, what are they for? Father was heavily influential in business and I learnt a lot from watching, maybe I can help you?" Claire explained seeming rather hopeful.

message 41: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver smiled. "Well, Smith Inc. can make anything that involves technology. And now since the threat of war is near many countries wants weapons. But I don't like the idea of handing out items that could split families."

message 42: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"As a business you should be selling to them no matter what, unless it is a private business in which case it is up to you." Claire explained. "I personally would sell judging by the customer, one thing I have noticed is that if you meet up with the customer you can best decide afterwards, and can tailor your sales to them as a person." She continued very matter-of-fact-ly.

message 43: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver nodded. "Yes, yes, Very true. But it isn't morally right selling weapons that will kill men and women, is it?

message 44: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Precisely the reason to meet the people, some of them would rather use them to defend themselves rather than kill" Claire explained far more composed. "In any case it is your choice to sell or not... You could also change the nature of the company, a slow transition would be most logical..." Claire said. "In the end it could get expensive, but it may be more fitting to you." She elaborated.

message 45: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver's eyebrows creased. "Change it to what?"

message 46: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria "Well, to start you could go from assault weapons to defensive weaponry, this would make it so that they are no longer being used to kill. From that point you could shift over to more common place technology." Claire stated quite dully.

message 47: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver nodded. "I might try that."

message 48: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria Claire looked up and then back to Silver. "Oh, I never asked, where are you headed to?" She asked.

message 49: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver shrugged. "No where and everywhere. Since my parents' death I just kind of wander." Like a mouse stuck in a dark maze.

message 50: by Alexandria (new)

Alexandria
"Oh, that I can understand..." Claire responded quietly. Well, I am currently headed to the nature kingdom right now." Claire stated, "I hear it is quite nice there." She finished jovially.
