What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book probably about 4-5 years ago (2011-2012) It's a horror novel about a mom (Stephanie, I believe is her name) and her young daughter (I believe it's Carrie) and they're taking a road trip (possibly fleeing from someone) and the daughter has a photo album that she is looking at and keeps saying that she has to go to the bathroom. Mom sees a little roadside diner/gas station and decides to pull over to fill up & let the daughter relieve herself. As mom is stopping the car, the daughter jumps out and runs into the diner as mom is yelling at her to wait. Mom walks into the diner (And here is where my memory gets fuzzy) Mom doesn't notice anyone in there at first, but as she glances around, she notices that all of the patrons are dead. And she starts to freak out because she can't find her daughter. She notices a smiley face coffee mug and then next thing she knows, she flashes back to when she was pulling into the diner. It's like a loop, daughter jumps out and runs into the diner, mom follows and it's a normal diner. The patrons are all alive and she once again notices the smiley face mug. At that time, mom realizes that everyone is going to die and she can't find the daughter again. It's some sort of alternate reality type thing.

Is this ringing any bells with anyone? I'm driving myself crazy trying to find this book!
