Robert McCammon has written lots of books! Any others you want to read now? Have read and want to mention/recommend? Thoughts about his writing style? Etc.?

Kandice | 944 comments I've read this one and Swan Song, but I've bought five other ebooks of his. I like his style because it is so like Stephen King's.

Lindsey | 13 comments Are his other books quite different from Boy's Life? I'm not sure I could do another boys life for a while. Currently working on my review - stay tuned!

I can see the similarities so far . . . and I am really interested in Swan Song

In looking through his books, it does appear that they tend to be long - more than 500 pages. That's all I can tell so far!

Kandice | 944 comments I think his books are intensely emotional in general. He has a knack for making you care about individuals.

This is true.

And, he makes the characters so "intensely" what they are. Not sure if that makes sense, but an example is the demon is soooooo the Demon. And (view spoiler), he is so intensely who he is!

Kandice | 944 comments That guy (view spoiler) is one of my favorite characters in a novel of all time! Like you say, he is who he is and everyone accepts it as a matter of course. Love that!

If you plan on reading The Border, let me know in advance and maybe I could read with you. I don't have it yet, but would be happy to buy the ebook.
