Angel already in wolf form, peered over the edge of the water fall, looking down at his reflection. Trying to think about what made him so scared of the water but he couldn't remember any memories of why. Shuddering slightly at the thought of accidentally slipping into what could be his death. Wouldn't that be funny, a Beta wolf dying by the calmest thing in the world.

Lyra was so busy up until now, giving orders, writing letters, approving proposals blah blah she is dead tired, so sneaked out. She always loved the Sakura falls, it's so beautiful and always calmed her..... but today there is a guest it seems, a one she hasn't seen before. "Hello Mr.I-don't-know-you" despite being tired she wanted to be friendly

Angel turned slightly, giving a sniff of the air. He could smell the scent of an alpha, even in another pack it was almost like alohas had a different scent to them entirely. " my name is Angel" bowing his head slightly showing a sign of respect. " I am sorry, sometimes my own borders get a little boring when you see it every day".

She slightly raised her brows and sat on a rock putting her legs in water. It's cool....... "I get bored when I see the same faces everyday, even handsome men turns pigs to me after several days" she said with a little smile on her lips, "So it seems that you are afraid of water", she looked at the man behind her.. assessing him

" I don't know what your talking about, water isn't scary at all" Angel scoffed at her. He hadn't even told anyone in his life, so for her to just guess it out of the blue was both impressive and embarrassing. Padding up to her and sat down on his butt, tilting his head abit to add a sort of cuteness.

She should go back soon before someone notices her disappearance. She also has to meet Lykos. "So are you here for the event? What's your pack and rank by the way?", she knows he isn't an alpha but she could tell he is powerful and strangely she doesn't want to put her gaurds up

" I didn't know there was any event but I don't want to barge in on anything that's not my business. " Angel chuckled, " even with me being in Skylight as a Beta nobody takes me seriously due to my size." He shrugged, " and shouldn't the alpha of a pack be doing alpha things. " he smiled at her while tilting his head and to the left. Staring into her eyes with his icy blue pupils.

She stuck her tongue out at him," I have been doing Alpha business from morning till night, I sneaked out. Does size matter? For me what matters is their ability." she gave him a dubious look and added, "Ofcourse you are invited along every other pack member, it's Hanau celebration, his majesty will be there too", she explained and jumped into the pond... Lyra growled with satisfaction when water wrapped her body in a cool embrace

" maybe you should be the alpha of our pack than" Angel chuckled. Stepping back a ways when the water came up and splashed him. Yipping just a tad, " and water is cold so I hate being surprised by cold things".

Lyra laughed hearing his excuse, did he really thought she would buy that, "Let's leave it at that, I'm just saying this pond is not soo deep", the water is actually only up to her waist, she won't call that deep. "You can stay with us in the palace until the event begins, we have got plenty of spare rooms"

" I would love to stay with you guys, just one problem. Even as a beta i hear things from other packs. I've heard you can't quite keep hold of your assassins" Angel questioned. "But it's just rumor, I am just taking precaution because I don't want to be killed in my sleep". I don't want to die before meeting that special girl". He smiled.

Her ears picked this new rumor with a deadly silence, her mind went blank, someone has been busy with spreading bad gossips about her. "Where did you hear that", an order from an alpha

His tail swished slightly under his back legs but went back up just as fast, he was surprised by her change of tone. " The gammas from my pack. I never said I believed them I am just saying what they said". His eyes advertise her gaze, he wasn't lying to her but he was slightly scared that technically she could kill him because she was an alpha".

She sighed shaking her head, " I don't particularly care about rumors, I am curious about the person who spread it though" her eyes glinting in the darkness. "But I can't believe Alarice let them speak such rubbish, especially her gammas. As far as I know she is the same like me, neither of us is very fond of rumors" Lyra got out and laid on the rock, " It's true they go out of control sometimes but that's only when they think I'm in danger. And if you have no any ill intentions, there is no need to worry", Lyra spoke, her gaze fixed on the stars above

" of course I have no ill attentions but I would feel safer if I didn't sleep in a spare room, if gets lonely and I don't like to be lonely. " he kinda chuckled, he was being serious but semi joking as well. " you wouldn't leave a helpless wolf by himself".

She chuckled along with him, "Then what can I do for you? I can get you a room in one of our finest hotels if you want, or would you rather like to have a room in a normal inn?" she asked out of courtesy, it's time for her to head back too

Angel toppled over onto his back, sticking his tongue out at her. His paws hanging up in the air, " I am sure you have plenty of room, I promise I'll stay as a wolf and not look". He squirmed on his back just to add to the cuteness.

His remark caught her off guard, she was looking at him with a dumbfound expression and then next second she was laughing clutching her stomach, rolling on the rock. "I...*tries to catch her breath* se...serio...usly I... d..don't *gets up to sit down* know what to think of your words, do you have a death wish. didn't you tell before that you don't want to die yet...*wipes tears* but I will arrange you a room closer to mine so you won't feel lonely", she sai batting her eyes at him

" that works for me" Angel smiled, "besides it's not everyday I get asked by an alpha to stay at her packs home." He flipped back over onto his stomach, resting his head on his front paws. " and you can't tell me you didn't need this laugh, all alphas have stressful work and sometimes gets to tense. So you better be glad I am here".

She smiled fondly, "yeah thank you, tonight going to be stressful so I'm glad to relax a bit now. I think we should head back now, I don't want to keep Lykos waiting after I told him to meet me", Lyra stood rubbing her neck as if she is trying to rub off the tension she feels, she has to reject Lie tonight and she fears his reaction. She doesn't want loose him but if he were to be a hindrance in future to her plans she doesn't like it but she will show him what she is capable of then

" where do I go? I don't want to go exploring around due to maybe losing my head." He joked with her some more. " I could just go find a quiet spot if you don't want to be seen with me" he tried to smile, hopefully she would say no but if she had things to do than maybe he wasn't the best to be seen hanging with.

"Why would I care if we were seen together, I do whatever I want" Lyra waved her hand as if to say he doesn't need to bother. "I would like to have some company apart from my pack members every now and then.", they are close to the palace, she could see palace towers looming above trees

Chuckling Angel shakes his head, this girl was something different. Shaking his midnight black fur, he got rid of some of the falling leaves and flowers that were clung to him. Giving a sneeze when a leave landed on his nose, "what exactly do you have to go to tonight? If I may know".

Lyra sighed dramatically, "To turn him down. I have been avoiding him for couple of days, but finally his patience ran out and he demanded an answer. I told him to meet me tonight so I could gather my thoughts", she opened her palm to catch a falling flowers, "Men are really a pain sometimes", she said scowling as her sentinel's image crosses]d her mind

" oh" Angel nodded, looking up at all the flowers. "We aren't the best I guess, sometimes we hurt people or even demand things without seeing it upfront first." He sighed as well. " but I wouldn't know to well, every girl loves me " he rubbed his tail against her leg. " kidding, I really wouldn't know much. Only having about 6 or 7 years of memories".

"Ohh is it you, Al once told me about someone who lost his memory, so it is you then, can't you still remember anything?" she asked as she bend down and placed the flower between his ear. She straightened quickly biting her lips stopping herself tittering at him, "It suits you, the flower I mean"

"I remember bits and pieces but it's nothing solid, it's really hard now being able to remember who I was before returning to the pack. " Angel looked down at the ground in sadness before peeking back up when she put the flower between his ear. "Thank you" he smiled.

(( "Anytime" she said. They are are now at the entrance, the door is intimidating but at the same time mesmerizing. "Welcome to our home" she uttered as the guards opened the door for them. She gave him a brief tour before taking him to his room. She looked at him once before she opened the door for him, "After you" she said with a mocking bow.))
