Oh my god these are all amazing questions and I halve absolutely no answers.
This is the sort of thing that leads to five movie series. Of course, some of that may be just adding world-building, so that the world looks convincing.
Okay so one question I've been wanting to ask is:If Newt was expelled from Hogwarts, why does he still have a wand?

It doesn't say. However, perhaps breaking the wand is reserved for only select explusion-worthy offenses.
One notes that in Cursed Child, when whether Albus and Scorpius will be expelled comes up, no one mentions their wands.
On Twitter a bunch of people asked the same question and JKR said that they would reveal what had happened in the coming movies. Also it's been hinted that the main character of all these movies won't be Newt(sad). Also the movies end in 1945, supposedly with the epic battle of Dumbledore and Grindelwald but all these r just rumors.
I have two questions. First of all is Credence really a squib? And if he is does anyone else find it suspicious that Credence and Ariana Dumbledore we both squibs. Plus in the Harry Potter books it says Ariana Died because of a magic incident caused by herself.
Hmm didn't Credence die the same way? I honesty don't know the answers to these amazing questions. But where are the Malfoys? You'd think you'd see something of them. Somehow, like at least in a story told by Newt.
Why? The Malfoys always managed to keep themselves respectable enough to pull free from the fall of the evil wizards.

Theseus Scamander fought in WWI. One wonders if the wizarding worlds feel strongly enough about their Muggle equivalents to join their wars -- in which case, that date for the end might be significant.

I suppose it must vary. In my imagination, Godric Driffyndor was a soldier, and one of the things the four founders had to decide about was whether to involve themselves in the battles of the muggle world.

Ariana wasn't a squib. That is just what Rita Skeeter was saying.
Such as what is Leta Lestrange's relationship with Bellatrix? I heard that Bellatrix is Leta's aunt but I am not sure of that.
What is Newt's relation to Leta? Was she his girlfriend? Was she the person that Newt "endangered their life with a human beast?"
Who are Credence parents? Did Credence really die? What happened to the Deathly Hallows necklace? Could he have a connection to Voldemort?
Why was Dumbledore so keen on not expelling Newt? Did Newt have any connection to Ariana Dumbledore? Was Arania Dumbledore controlled by an obscurial? Did Grindelwald go to England to find Arania?
Will we see Modesty Barbone again? Where did she get the wand? Is she a witch? Who were her parents? Why did seem like she was the one controlled by an obscurial?
Why did Newt take a ship to and from America? Couldn't he have apparated or used Floo powder?
What happened to the real Percival Graves? Did Grindelwald use Polyjuice potion? If so where is Percival Graves and will we see him in future movies?
How Do You Extract An Obscurus From The Living? Can you learn to do it?
What Did Newt's Brother Do To Become A War Hero? Will we see Theseus Scamander in future movies? Did it have anything to do with Harry's great-great grandfather, Henry Potter?
I have many, many, more questions but for the moment, do you have any answers to these questions? Tell us what you think.
