Help! When teenage girl goes to sleep she forgets everything and she has to write herself notes to remember she has a best friend and there a boy who knows her from camp when they were young. The girl goes on a date with the boy and they fall asleep in van and she wakes up and forgets him and later she tries to erase all traces of him

Not everything adds up, but the book Forgotten is about a girl who can only remember her future and has to write notes about her day before she goes to sleep.
