A couple of times a year there will be specific days set aside to add and augment entries for women in art and design. In the past year, each feminist art edit-a-thon has focused on a specific area, such as Women in Architecture. You can participate online. Museums, galleries, and libraries sometimes host in person events as well. Art+ Feminism has a lot of resources.
