Best wishes to all of you. It appears the team Marianne group is jumping in and out of the room pretty quickly. I just wrapped up my 9th book, and am working on number 10. TBH, many of these have been pretty short. But, I will make up for it with a few longer titles, I am sure. On to number 10. My titles are in my challenge tracker, but I will post them here, too.6. Yes, I agree. I'll read a few short ones, but those eventually balance out with the really long ones on my list.
Oh nice, that you're catching up on some of the holiday releases.

Marianne will feel your absence long after you're gone, I'm sure, Kirk! (But congrats on heading to the next library!)
Farewell Marianne, indeed, Kirk!
Fantastic start for the challenge year. :)
I'll have to check out that The Improvement of the Estate.

Kirk, Marianne stands in the doorway waving good-bye and wiping the tears with her handkerchief. She then turns and greets the new comers as she replaces a sad countenance with a joyous smile. Marianne is so flexible in that regard. She wishes those passing through a fond welcome upon arrival and then a fond farewell as they exit to the next level.
Boy howdy, Kirk, for a staunch member of Team Marianne, you certainly are the love-her-and-leave-her type! You wasted no time getting out of her library!
Sheila wrote: "Wow, great progress."Thanks!!! Will have to slow down due to book clubs but glad to make a goal!!! Cheers!

Hmmm, that must the "Brandon" influence on Marianne? :) It raining here, so I should go out and mourn the Marianne level... :)
Abigail wrote: "Boy howdy, Kirk, for a staunch member of Team Marianne, you certainly are the love-her-and-leave-her type! As much as I love the Marianne level....to get one year goal down is just tooooo much temptation....plus a blizzard of non-Austen bookclub books(ok, 4) is about to hit me hard. And sweet Catherine is calling in the distance(and maybe witty Emma)....although I'm so very happy to talk books, poetry and prose, with graceful Anne for a spell....but I will forever miss Marianne.....:)
Mary wrote: "Kirk, you're flying!!! Well done!!"Thanks!!!!! I'm about to be grounded by non-Austen bookclub books...so glad have a "wicked" good start. :)
