4A Independent Reading discussion

I think that Allie's life is beginning to get a little bit interesting. Her small town, Pacific Cliff, has only had one police officer for the longest time. They had now recently hired a new detective to help dig into the case of the accident that caused her boyfriend to die. When Allie hears about this detective, she seems to kind of become nervous. This leads me to believe that she may not be telling to whole truth about that night. She may be hiding a huge secret from everyone involved. Although, Im not sure because she always seems to state that she "Doesn't remember" or that its all a blur. I did not read much father than that but I think that we are going to encounter a huge secret within the next few chaoters.
