Thank you.
Do you have any stories from where you are from?

Thanks for sharing and I will definitely check out your profile.

Thanks Rosie. You are doing some wonderful things for your First Nations people with your writing and you are shedding light on a subject that needs to spoken about. I'm sure your people are very proud of you.

Thank you for the heads up. Unfortunately I don't have a facebook author page. I have a facebook "book" page instead. I probably should look into an author page though.

Thank you, I'll look into it

Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I am a Cowlitz Indian from Washington state. There were 2 main bands, Lower Cowlitz and Upper Cowlitz. I am from the Upper Cowlitz band - Tiadnapum(sp). We were known as the Stick People.
This is such an amazing coincidence. I will ask around and find out if anyone knows this story. Thank you for sharing.
One day his sisters were wandering in the woods up in Washington.
One at a time, and on different days.
The first time, one sister saw a giant, it must have been eight feet tall and made of wood.
A month later, the second sister went into the woods and saw a tiny figure, maybe two feet tall, also made of wood, and it had its head in its hands, crying.
He didn't know if they were real, but they are called Stick Indians.
This, unfortunately, was all I could get out of him. I really would have liked to hear more.
I also would like to hear if anyone has any similar stories.
Thank you.
