Jimmy (jimmycl) | 2 comments Hello!
I'm Jimmy (they/them), a queer, non-binary nerd living in the big city. I made this account back when I was a baby queer in high school and figured now that I'm pushing 25 it might be time for an overhaul. I'm a theatre person by trade and a writer at heart.
My all-time favorite queer books are probably the entire Nightrunner series (which I have a tattoo from), Song of Achilles, and Maurice. I also adore Fun Home in all its forms.
I'd love to read more queer fiction about women and trans folks as well as more queer historical fiction, though those tend to end poorly for us.
Looking forward to any and all recommendations!
Cheers,
Jimmy

Welcome Jimmy! I like those books you mentioned. Are you familiar with Storm Constantine's Wraeththu series? If you like Gay fantasy you'll like these.

Greg Welcome Jimmy! - can't wait for Fun Home the musical to come over here in a few months. Alison Bechdel is great!

Monroe | 11 comments Hey Jimmy! I am in Long Island so I go to NYC a lot. I also LOVE Fun Home. I saw the musical a few months before it closed on Broadway and then I read the memoir.
