Just going for 12 books this year. Expecting to go higher and that would be good, but if it doesn't happen so be it. :-)

Yes, me too. I am starting with Pike's Peak, if i get beyond that i will update my challenge.

That's my plan too, Stacy. That way I can relax and not stress about it and if do better, well that's good too. :-)

So does that mean if you reach the twelve you can transfer them over to Mount Blanc (24)?

Yes, I think so. I've seen other people do that and the 12 will count towards Mont Blanc. :-)

Oh my gosh, MaryAnn... I am *so* envious. How fab to actually live in Colorado and to be able to see Pike's Peak. Wonderful.

I read my first Stabenow last year but it wasn't a Kate Shugak book. I will have to try that series!

I didn't think a lot of the 1st. book in the series but subsequent books have been pretty good. Good sense of 'Alaska'.

Oh well done...hubby has read that trilogy Black House, Lewis Man and Chess men. I should give them a go too.

They're so brilliant, Diane. You'll be transported to the Isle of Lewis. My husband is now reading them too. lol

Just finished 'The Black House' will def be reading the other two in the trilogy.

Glad you liked The Black House, Diane. The Lewis Man is equally as good! By the way I saw a black house on TV this week... a reconstructed settlement on Lewis.

So I am... didn't realise. LOL Suspect I'll have to upgrade to Mont Blanc at some stage as 12 is perhaps a bit too easy.
