I read the first Temeraire with the sister group some years ago. I love a book present Kathi, any time of the year :)
I do believe the library has both series in audio so I am hoping to be able to join in as I try to make sense of my housework :)
I looked right through fantasy and sci-fi. It's best books are Harry Potter, then it's children's books.
We love a neglected genre. I've been irked several times by the lack of must-reads.. they have Gemmell but only the Troy series, Riyria but only the chronicles, and so on
I enquired about it, as in hmm I'd like another audio could you recommend a fantasy one? What about Darren Shan!!
Yes! So fantasy, so epic!! I've done Potter, so I'm out of choices now. There are some very young children ones. I joined audible last night :)
I love audible! My favorite narrators are Michael Kramer, Simon Vance, Michael Page, Tim Gerard Reynolds and Khristine Hvam (although she hasn't as many titles under her belt)

I would look at the group home page. I think we are starting with these 2 series, one book from each series each month. That will take us through half the year, since Sevenwaters has 6 books, and Temeraire has more. I don't know what series will take Sevenwaters' place in summer.

After Sevenwaters, we have The Killing Moon, which is just a duology, and Homeland, which is a trilogy

Thanks, Maggie. I will be reading the Drizzt trilogy with the group since I have it in an omnibus edition. Good motivation for me, since I've not read any Salvatore before.

Hello.I'll be joining in on the Sevenwaters series when we get to book 4 as I've already read the first 3. I do have several of the Temeraire books so I could join in there too :)
