***$Hivi*** The is a gyno..the girl tries to seduce him by taking his appointment..he leaves the room and call her to his cabin instead of checking her...because of which she feels embarrassed and leaves.
All this happen in a first book where they are not main characters.

She is a single mother and friend of the main character of the book. Also the guy is the brother or best friend of the hero.
They meet again on the day of some sort of cooking competition organised by hero and heroine where he (doc) is trying to ask her again and again why she left on the day of appointment.

They have another book (next part) dedicated to their story.
Everything mentioned above happens in the first book.
Can anybody help??

No...the heroine is a single mother...also the book is spin off of other book...so it cannot be the first book of a series.
The appointment and meeting again happens in the first book...then their story is continued in the next book.

***$Hivi***, the bump period for this group is 30 days because it's so large.

Ruzza | 296 comments I've read this for sure. I'm going to look for it, but it may take me a while since I'm really sketchy on the details and have way to many books in my e-library.

The competition thing was organised by the heroine of one of the books so that she can write an article in her magazine. I remeber that they had to move the place where it was taking place and they moved it to the hero's place and he had only 2 ovens in the main house and the 3 ladys competing were fighting over the ovens and then he ofered them the oven in the guest house.
I know it's strangeI remeber this so well and nothing else about the books :))))

Edit:
I found it real quick... the word "gynecologist" isn't in many of my books :))).
The book I was thinking of is Having My Baby by Theresa Ragan. I think the gynecologist and the friend are secondary characters in this book and don't get their own book.

Yes... you are so right about the scene
But about the book I'm not sure...I just remember that the secondary characters have a book...even thought it does sound like the book....
Now I'm just confused....
Maybe there another book with basic plot in which the girl takes hero's appointment as he is a gynecologist. Coz I'm pretty sure there is a book.

I've just re-read the book and this is the one with the cooking competition. The gyno is the hero's brother and the girl with the appointment is the heroine's best friend.
(view spoiler)
