Anna - aiming for 50 again

(Edited to add: I hesitated to include this as Pamela Allen was born and is currently living in New Zealand. However, she lived in Australia for around 30 years including when this book was published, so I thought that that would be sufficiently Australian to count for the challenge! Feel free to comment and let me know if you disagree.)

Book 17: We of the Never Never by Jeannie Gunn. My review is at https://www.goodreads.com/review/show.... This is the first book I've read for the 'Classics' part of my challenge.

I'm now halfway towards my goal of reading 50 books by Australian women writers. I aimed to review half of these, and this is my 18th review so I'm doing better than I planned.

And book 49: Of Ashes and Rivers that Run to the Sea by Marie Munkara. My review is at https://www.goodreads.com/review/show....

I surpassed my goal of reading 50 and reviewing 25 books by Australian women writers last year, but my reading time is more limited now I have a baby so I'm sticking with the same goal. I'll also include children's books towards my total.
I'll aim to include at least five 'classics' and might review this goal upwards depending on what books pique my interest during the year.
