Which book is about the battle on terra? Which tells about the emperor and horus and their battle? Im only about half way through the series.

The series touches on it slightly, in the present tense during preparations and of the future, like the vision given to Aurelian in the eye of terror. It would be fascinating to get pieces of the entire thing like this so there's room for speculation and romantism. It makes it feel more legendary when veiled with obscurity, like the deaths of many of the primarchs.

Hold on, it isn't, they're correct, however it isn't unwritten either. The whole origin of the Horus Heresy was a white dwarf article of the fight between Horus & the Emperor. It's available online, I can send it you if you pm me.
