Okay, Stina, count me in. I am always fascinated by what you are reading, and this looks like a great list. I can think of things on Mt. TBR that fit a lot of these categories, so I have no real excuse for not managing to complete most of them.

That's my ulterior motive in doing these challenges -- trying to read books I have so that I can release them. Of course, I'll end up buying books to fill any freed-up shelf space, but I will still feel like I have made progress.

How's it going? Which prompts do you have left? I have five left to complete:
A book with the word "Girl" in the title
A book about a sheriff
A book you haven't read since high school
A book at least 100 years older than you
A book from Oprah's Book Club
A book with the word "Girl" in the title
A book about a sheriff
A book you haven't read since high school
A book at least 100 years older than you
A book from Oprah's Book Club
A self-published book - I may get this one completed this year.A book with a key on the cover - still have not found anything with this that takes my fancy
A book about a sheriff - Most likely to achieve if I was into westerns. I am not.
A book set on another planet - Not a big sci fi fan, tbh but am planning on reading the next one by Andy Weir, so...
A book you haven’t read since high school - I don't tend to reread books, no matter how good. Just a case of too many books, not enough time.
A political memoir - I have a few on my shelf but just have not been in the mood for them.
A book at least 100 years older than you - I may be able to complete this one by year's end.
A book recommended by a family member - I am almost afraid to ask, tbh. One sibling is into crappy romances and the other is into highly scientific stuff.
The first book you see in a bookstore - I doubt I will do this one. Too random, and my reading time is too precious to give it away like this.
Holy crumb -- the year has gone fast and I haven't done as many of these as I thought I would. I need to get back to the list and figure out what I still need to read.

Reading one book to complete multiple prompts is permitted.
To discuss books that might fit these prompts, please find the discussion thread for each prompt. I look forward to reading everybody's ideas!
