Whether we believe in New Year Resolutions or not, want to change or are happy to stay the same, what books (be they health & fitness, diet, psychology, philosophy, fiction or non-fiction) would you recommend on the art of creating/achieving/maintaining happiness?

Helen Walker | 1 comments I would recommend any book that advocates 'gratitude' as the path to happiness - there are plenty of titles out there - as practising an attitude of gratitude is 100% guaranteed to create and maintain that happy feeling day on day.

However, a very interesting read for anyone who is scientifically minded is "Why Kindness Is Good For You" by the lovely David Hamilton PhD.

David explores the science behind kindness, compassion and gratitude and shows how they directly impact on our health and happiness.

Highly recommended! :)
