I have two books to suggest:

1. Personality Plus by Florence Littauer

This is a hugely practical book that I got so much out of. I have used the principles from it in leadership training (in secular workplaces) to help people understand how to work with different personalities in their team
and I also use it as a women's pastor to encourage people to better understand how their husbands/wives/children/parents/friends tick. It's a great book!

2. That Book for Wives by Sally Poyzer

This is my book. It's a very easy to read, Biblically-based book full of practical advice for wives of all ages. I wrote it because I found that most of the great marriage books are written for couples...but most husbands won't read them! This just makes the wives more frustrated. This book only looks at things a wife can do, by herself, irrespective of whether her husband is interested in changing. Of course, many wives find that when they start to implement the principles, their husbands do change because they are much happier!

I like the Mrs' Mom one and the Teach them diligently and different children. Can I also add Wall Around Your Heart by Mary E. DeMuth... it seems somewhat Valentine's talking about the heart and relationships. But I'd be glad for any of these.
