Short Bio: Taya just moved to Ballaster Bay with her older brother Chase. She doesn't know how he affords such nice things (like his fancy house and truck) on his mechanic's salary, but she tries not to think about it. She got a scholarship to go to Macon Falls Academy for the two years she has left of high school. She struggles with the new curriculum at the fancy private school, but she ends up getting a tutor since Chase wants her to have the best education possible.

Short Bio: Hunter has lived in Ballaster Bay most of his life. He grew up middle class, and now lives alone by the water in the north end of town. He payed his own tuition and has been going to Macon Falls Academy since he was 16. He has a lot of secrets, and everyone just assumes he has money because his parents are wealthy. He sells weed to people around town and the kids at school, but he's not really good buddies with anyone. Somewhat of a loner.

Short Bio: Chase is Taya's older brother. He left her with their father when Taya was 13, and he moved to Ballaster Bay for reasons unknown. He went to school to be a mechanic, and he now co owns a shop with his best friend Tony. Taya moved up to live with him two weeks ago, and he put her in Macon Falls Academy by forging letters from her and getting a full ride scholarship. From Sacramento, California. Not rich, earns a mechanic's salary.

Short Bio: Nina moved to Ballaster Bay in the early 2000s where she opened up a shop called Seaside Souvenirs. She's had it ever since, and it is a popular stop among tourists and locals looking to purchase beach toys, etc. She is a total hippie and smokes weed a lot. She sells herbal remedies and loves to spend time in her gardens. She has ties to the drug ring and pretty much knows everything about everyone in Ballaster Bay. She has no kids, and has no family nearby.

-special features: his entire body is littered with scars and a tattoo of black tribal wings stretches across his back


Short Bio: Aleksander was born in Russia, to a family that was already struggling to survive in the slums of city, with four other children. During the day he'd attend school, where his results were less than satisfactory, but at night he, along with his siblings, sold the opium his parents cooked at home. It was how he'd gotten into drugs, taking his first fix when he was barely twelve.
When Sasha was fifteen, his family decided to flee to America due to better living conditions, but didn't have the money to afford it, so a kind man smuggled them and some others out on his boat. None of his siblings survived the journey and his parents succumbed to illness only weeks after arriving to their destination.
In a struggle to survive, Sasha was taken under the wing of a drug ring leader and took the lead after the woman had died, fighting to keep himself on top. He now has quite a sizeable group of trustworthy people and so much money he doesn't know what to do with it all.
But despite his harsh upbringing, he hasn't lost his sense of humor.


Car: Though Sasha prefers motorcycles and has quite a big array of them, he also owns a '69 Chevy Camaro, a '79 J10 shortbed, a '07 SRT8 WK and a McLaren Mercedes SLR Roadster.

Short Bio: Ray was born to a middle-class family in New York. They weren't even close to being rich, but had enough money to live comfortably.
She couldn't have asked for more in life, as she had loving parents, a couple of great friends and books and her studies.
It had always been her dream to get into Macon Falls High School and become a doctor, so she worked hard for good grades, desperate to be granted scholarship as she knew her family didn't have enough money to send her there. And she succeeded.
She moved there by herself, her parents choosing to stay behind because of work, but they still often visit her or pay for her to come visit them.
She practically lives for studying and is a very good girl, but likes to smoke a joint every once in a while to relax.

Short Bio: Luca's family was very, very rich. Rich, but cold and abusive. They rarely got physical with him, but insults, shouting and mockery were common in their home. The fact that Luca wasn't born with that name, wasn't even born a boy, only made the tensions higher and they shipped him off to the school so they wouldn't have to deal with their 'mentally ill boy-wannabe'. The only contact he has with them is the large monthly checks he receives regularly. He hasn't even seen them for over a year.
Luca has no ambitions in life, believing he is already a failure because of the way he was brought up, so he doesn't really study much, just enough to barely pass his classes.
He regularly smokes weed and sometimes takes Ecstasy and LSD, though he claims he isn't addicted.

Artemis Rose Dare was born in London, England. She had lived with her parents until age of 10 years old. Her parents had decided to go travel and stay in America, but at their first night in their new house, Artemis' parents had been brutally murdered, she had managed to run off and was somewhere later on found by an orphanage and stayed there for a few months until she was adopted and she had been spoiled until her little foster sister came along. It wasn't like they abused her or neglected her or something, no, they just spoiled her a little less. she didn't like that. Anyway, few years later, new neighbors had moved in next to them, and she was glad to discover that it was her aunt from her biological parents. She was quick to make friends with her cousin and was glad to discover that he went to her same school.

Ajax's family life was never something to brag about. his mother was the only good person in his family, and he barely saw her as in the winter, he would be in a boarding school, and in the summer and breaks where he got sent home from school she, most of the time, would be working, and mere weeks after his mother got pregnant, his father went on a trip at sea and never came back, leaving him with his stepfather, who would sit around all day and play poker and boss around Ajax's mum. his stepfather had also verbally abused both Ajax and his mother. his school life wasn't much, either. he would often be moved from school to school, as he would get into trouble way too much at his schools. never once had he stayed in the same school for two years except for Macon Falls.
