Wend, is the Haunting at Hill House really scary? I am trying to read out of my comfort zone, but I am not sure about that one.

I have read a few five-star books, but my favourite so far is The Moon and the Bonfire by Cesare Pavese, followed by Jude the Obscure and Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass.
