▬▬▬ appearance victoria has dark brown hair that is naturally thick and curly yet after a few days the tightness of the curls cease and it just bounces around with elegant waves that complement the oval figure of her light face. victoria's natural hazel color eyes glisten innocence and purity. she stands at a fair average height, 5'7" and her smile is very friendly and inviting to others. if anything, it's what leads others to confide in her when they face conflicts.

Petyr has the demonic face of a child, despite his actual age. His skin is pale and fair, with little blemish. He appears to be delicate and fragile, due to his small body and porcelain skin, but the opposite is true, as he is extremely powerful and strong. Like all vampires, he has long fangs. He also has bright red eyes and pointed ears, which makes it even more noticeable of what he truly is. His hair is typically styled into two braids that trail down his back, and the right half of his hair is blood red while the left half is white. He has bangs that cover part of his face. His usual outfit consists of a small decorated top hat with blue feathers and a dark, button-up coat with a white dress shirt underneath. He has a large bow at his collar and always wears white gloves, as they hide his claw-like nails from his prey until he takes them off and slaughters them. He also has a cane with him at times, but it is only for his odd style and he does not need it to walk normally. He is extremely fast and strong, and his physical capabilities surpass those of any humans.

As he has the looks of a young boy, many of the others who do not know him well expect him to be foolish, childish, and to never take anything seriously. However, the opposite is quite true. Petyr is cold, serious, and always calculating and analyzing. He rarely shows much kindness, unless he is in a good mood and talking with one of his rare friends. At times, yes, he can be joking and funny, but this is a kind of cruel humor that only comes out when he is fighting pesky humans or the inferior werewolves. He sees any other species as mere livestock or cattle, and hardly gives a thought to that they have lives and families too. He isn't easily emotionally affected, and is only enrages when the subject is dear to him.

Since Petyr is has a job as a spy-like role for his rank among his group, he easily changes personality, and is able to do it very believably. He will change how he acts, speaks, and thinks on a single word from a higher up, and will have no qualms about it. He will even do so without order, say if he were talking to another vampire- he would change his mannerisms to suit his wants. To sum him up, his personality is very serious, neutral and controlled, save for his very strong opinions on how any other race is inferior and should be seen as livestock. he can get to be snotty and stuck up at times, but he doesn't exactly care, since he has no thoughts about how others feel or think about him, unless if it gets in his way of achieving his goals.

Petyr did not move to Sanlow Creek until late in his immortal life, and before he came he lived in Europe as the younger son of the Vampire Queen of the underground civilization there. He grew up being mostly ignored by his parents, after all, he was only the younger son and was not truly entitled to any big position in the royalty. As a result, he spent most of his time befriending the human livestock the vampires kept as a source for blood, just to spite his parents. He grew extremely close to a little boy named Ky, and, as the humans there were treated poorly, Petyr moved to provide him with better food, better conditions, and better lives. He did this all behind his parents' backs, as they barely paid him any attention, and since he got education and lessons from only the best teachers, it was only natural that he was able to sneak them this in complete secret.

He would leave the palace every day when his mother was bothered by council meetings, his father was occupied by helping his wife, and his older brother, the heir, was off taking sparring lessons. Petyr would then travel out his window, jump down to the rocky ground below, and sneak to the human quarters through the sewage system. On these trips he would bring his lunch, which was always exquisite, and money. The children loved him, and when they revealed their plans to escape the dreadful city, he was more than overjoyed to help. They hatched a plan- they would sneak out through the only entrance on the day of the big meeting among all the vampires, and once they crossed over the human domain, they would find help from the ruling human force. They realized that Petyr couldn't go to the surface, due to the main facts that his kind wasn't welcome among the humans, and for the fact that he would die if exposed to the sun for too long. He assured them that he'd be fine back in the city, and he'd be more than happy to deal with his parents and brother. The children grudgingly agreed to let him stay without them, but only after they gave him strict instructions to contact them via cell phone. He just smiled and nodded, thinking of how he would miss them. [complete later]
